The East Midlands Conference Centre was the chosen venue to host a gathering of Rugby greats to celebrate the benefit year of ex England & Nottingham Rugby player Gary Rees.

Gary has given 30 years of dedication & commitment to Nottingham Rugby and in return 2009 will be his testimonial year. 300 guests joined Gary & the stars to enjoy an evening of sumptuous foods, champagne & entertainment.

Guests were treated to hilarious stories told by legends Jason Leonard OBE, Lewis Moody MBE, Neil Back MBE & Gary Rees. The evening was hosted by Martin Bayfield and was a huge success raising money & awareness for Gary & his chosen charity Macmillan.
